That depends on the type of event: •For weddings, we recommend a lead time of 8 to 12 months to ensure everything is perfectly coordinated and the best venues and service providers are secured. •For other occasions like birthdays or company events, 3 to 6 months is usuallysufficient. •Smaller or more spontaneous events can often be planned with shorter notice.
